Joy Spatz joins MOA as Director | Interiors, leading the firm’s diverse Interiors team and workplace business development. With over three decades of experience and a national portfolio of clients, Joy will focus on serving clients’ wide spectrum of workplace projects for the firm.
“I’ve always been interested in people and relationships, especially the relationships that we develop through work and collaboration,” says Joy. ” Creating design solutions that inspire, engage people, and elevate a client’s business is exceptionally rewarding.”
Joy joins MOA as the firm seeks to grow its capabilities to deliver design for a broader range of workspace environments, from offices to laboratories.
“We are thrilled to welcome Joy to the team,” says Jack Mousseau, principal at MOA and co-director of business development for the firm. “Not only is Joy a powerful advocate for the importance of thoughtful design in the workplace, she is also extremely connected to the local business community. I’m excited for her to supercharge MOA’s capabilities.”
Over the past year, MOA has continued to grow, adding staff members to better serve the firm’s roster of ongoing work. As of December 2021, the firm has 52 employees in the Denver office and four employees in the Casper office.
“MOA is a great fit for me,” says Joy. “It’s a firm that cares about people, quality design, and making a difference in the lives of their clients. I’m excited to work with this diverse and talented team. You can expect to continue seeing great things coming out of MOA.”
