MOA Offices 414 14th Street Office Area 1

MOA Architecture relocated offices to 414 14th Street in the fall of 2016. The 13,500 sf space is located on the third floor of the building. Originally built in 1920 to house the Denver Public Schools administrative services, the building underwent renovation in conjunction with MOA’s move-in.

The renovation included a new atrium space built within the u-shaped plan of the building. The three-story addition added 2,000 SF of prime office space at each floor. MOA’s offices are an expression of our collaborative work style with an open office environment, abundant meeting and huddle spaces, and a variety of casual work areas. Flexibility permeates throughout the space with flexible furniture, sit/stand work stations, writable wall surfaces, and technology throughout. The renovation of existing space included new mechanical and electrical infrastructure and distribution throughout.
