MOA presents the 2020 Dimensions Awards

2020 Dimensions Awards Winners

MOA is excited to announce the 2020 recipients of the firm’s annual MOA Dimensions Awards. Every year MOA recognizes our collaborative partners across the industry with our Dimensions Awards. In addition to high-quality job performance, these Awards acknowledge the overarching values and attitudes that we hold in common with our collaborators, including a commitment to live and work with the highest character, respect, and integrity as well as an understanding of the important responsibility we have to our community.

Given the challenges that the COVID-19 pandemic posed to our economy and our individual businesses, this year’s winners are especially notable, not only maintaining their operations, but—in each of these cases—going above and beyond in their services, collaboration, and partnership.

This year MOA recognizes Ryan Companies as Client of the Year, FCI Constructors as Contractor of the Year, WSP as Consultant of the Year, Allegion as Vendor of the Year, and Onsite CIO, LLC as Business Partner of the Year. On behalf of each winner, MOA will provide a $500 donation to a charity of their choice.

Client of the Year – Ryan Companies

The Client of the Year Dimensions Award goes to a client who is exceptional to work with. MOA is currently working with Ryan Companies on a major new build-to-suit office campus in Lafayette for Medtronic, the medical device manufacturer. MOA and Ryan will also shortly begin construction on a new senior living project in Cherry Creek.

“I’ve loved working with Ryan Companies on the Medtronic Campus project. Their organization really aligns with ours, with the shared values of collaboration, respect, integrity, reliability, and sustainability. It’s been great to be part of a team where no matter how big or small the task, everyone is accountable and brings their ‘A game’ to the project every day.”

– Christine Warnert, Senior Associate

Contractor of the Year – FCI Constructors

Project success is impossible in the absence of a diligent and hard-working contractor. Our Contractor of the Year Dimensions Award goes to FCI Constructors, who has been working with MOA on a series of renovation projects for Thompson School District. Over the past year and a half, the FCI team has always gone above and beyond to help keep the District’s budget in line with the bond scope.

“It’s been a great experience working with FCI. They’ve been responsive, thorough, attentive, diligent, and always willing to go that extra mile for the client. They’ve also always been willing to adjust course as needed along the way. We’ve had a great experience with the team on these projects and look forward to years of partnership ahead.”

– Kevin Sullivan, Principal

Consultant of the Year – WSP

A strong working relationship with our consultant team is key to a project’s success. MOA works with dozens of design consultants over the course of the year, and last year WSP truly stood out, particularly for their work on the Medtronic Campus Project.

“WSP brings not only great project expertise to each project but also outstanding leadership. Their engineers are a pleasure to work with—experienced, well-spoken, and professional.”

– Jack Mousseau, Principal

Vendor of the Year – Allegion

MOA worked with Allegion as a hardware vendor on dozens of projects in 2020. The courtesy hardware consulting service stood out in the eyes of nearly every MOA team member they worked with.

“Over a challenging 2020, Allegion’s professionalism has been truly unparalleled. Their courtesy hardware consulting service was top-notch, including their quality of work, knowledge of Colorado school district standards, response time, and adherence to deadlines.”

– Chris Cole, Senior Associate

Business Partner of the Year – Onsite CIO, LLC

The COVID-19 pandemic posed a major challenge to businesses accustomed to in-office work and collaboration, and MOA was no exception. Our technology business partner, Onsite CIO, proved essential to helping our team make a near-seamless transition from working full-time in the office to working full-time from home.

“For years, Onsite CIO has been an asset to MOA’s daily operations. They have always been highly responsive and helpful, and we knew we could count on them to keep us operational, especially in the face of an emergency like the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. This past March, they helped us transition to a 100% remote work environment within days. Our trust and faith in Onsite CIO as a business partner has never been higher.”
