Interior Designer

MOA ARCHITECTURE is seeking a creative and motivated Interior Designer to join our growing Denver studio. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a collaborative team of interior designers and architects on diverse projects in the commercial, education, science + technology, and healthcare sectors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with design teams and clients to develop creative, functional, and thoughtful design solutions across all project phases—from concept and programming through construction administration
- Assist with the preparation of design presentations, including drawings, renderings, material boards, and precedent imagery
- Research and select finishes, fixtures, materials, color palettes, fabrics, and furnishings
- Support the production of construction documents, including casework details, floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, finish plans, and elevations
- Contribute to FF&E packages, including furniture and artwork selections, specifications, and documentation
- Participate in construction administration tasks such as reviewing submittals, preparing clarification drawings, and conducting site visits
- Help foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Interior Design degree from a CIDA accredited program
- 5-7 years’ experience in commercial workplace, institutional interior design
- Familiar with all phases of the design and delivery process including programming, space planning, interior architecture detailing, construction documents, and construction phase services
- Proficient in Revit, rendering and graphics skills (SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, BIM 360 Design, Enscape or other visualization software)
- Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience assisting interior designers in the selection of finishes, fabrics, lighting, furniture, etc.
- LEED or WELL Accreditation a plus
