PK-12 Education Project Manager
Denver, CO
We seek a full time Project Manager with proven experience in project delivery of new construction, additions and/or interior renovations for K-12 education design.
Key Responsibilities
- Primary MOA contact and representative for a client
- Strengthen existing and build new relationships with clients
- Assist in RFQ/RFP preparation: developing scope of work and schedule definition, review consultant proposals for appropriate scope, develop staffing model for fee development, and participate in interview preparation and presentation
- Provide overall project management responsibility through all phases of project delivery including client and project team management, documentation content and quality, permitting, project scheduling, fee management, design to construction budget management, and all construction phase management responsibilities
Project Architect

MOA seeks a talented and experienced Project Architect with proven experience in project delivery of new construction, additions and/or interior renovations.
Key Responsibilities
- Team production leader on a project, or one of multiple project architects on larger projects, may be assigned the Revit model manager
- Lead and oversee the production of SD, DD and CD technical documentation
- Primary MOA contact and representative of MOA for project consultant coordination
- Lead existing facility evaluations and documentation
- Perform code analysis and documentation
Interior Designer
Denver, CO
MOA is seeking a creative and motivated Interior Designer to join our growing Denver studio. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a collaborative team of interior designers and architects on diverse projects in the commercial, education, science + technology, and healthcare sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with design teams and clients to develop creative, functional, and thoughtful design solutions across all project phases—from concept and programming through construction administration
- Assist with the preparation of design presentations, including drawings, renderings, material boards, and precedent imagery
- Research and select finishes, fixtures, materials, color palettes, fabrics, and furnishings
- Support the production of construction documents, including casework details, floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, finish plans, and elevations
- Contribute to FF&E packages, including furniture and artwork selections, specifications, and documentation
- Participate in construction administration tasks such as reviewing submittals, preparing clarification drawings, and conducting site visits
- Help foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors
