My Why
What stands out to me about MOA is the genuine connection they build with their clients, communities, and each other. They bring strong design expertise, but also a great team culture—people who listen, collaborate, and care about creating work that feels personal and purposeful.
Favorite MOA Project
The Fletcher Miller School project is meaningful to me as a designer and as the mother of a child with special needs. It shows how thoughtful design can help students feel included and independent while giving families confidence and connection. I bring those same principles to workplace design—creating flexible, welcoming spaces where every person can feel included, supported, and ready to do their best.
